Paul has over 20 years of human resource management experience in the government contracting IT services environment and has demonstrated success in developing and leading HR programs and teams in support of organizational strategy and growth objectives. Having started his career in Human Resources as a technical recruiter, he possesses a deep understanding of what is required to attract and retain talented professionals in today’s highly competitive market. Areas of focus include performance management and employee engagement. Paul has previously established an HR department from scratch and created the infrastructure that allowed a small company to grow from 90 to 240 employees in less than three years. He has also held senior leadership positions at ManTech and SAIC.
Paul holds a BA from the University of Richmond and maintains senior-level certifications in both domestic (SPHR) and international HR (GPHR).
